What is your delivery timeline?
All orders are delivered within 7-10 days.

How can I track my order?
Once the order is placed, our delivery partners will provide you with a tracking link for a status update on your order.
Can I change my delivery addresses once my order has been shipped?
No. Once the order has been shipped, you cannot change your delivery address. However, you can change your address until anytime before we ship.
My order is a gift, can I include a gift note?
Absolutely! You can do so on the Cart Summary page (before you Checkout). Simply select the gift wrap option and write the message in the content/remarks box.
Returns & Exchange
What’s your return policy?
For domestic orders placed on www.cerotwentyfour.com, returns can be made free of charge. All you need to do is ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and have the original tags in place.
No returns or refunds would be possible on items bought in the following scenarios:
- those on sale,
- those with a discount code,
- those via international orders or
- those through Cash on Delivery,
- those bought in exhibitions or pop ups
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
What happens if my product arrives damaged? Can I expect exchange?
Please write to us within the first 48 hours of receiving the product along with images on our email cerotwentyfour.website@gmail.com. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up and send you a new product or provide you with store credit depending upon the availability of products.
Can I exchange my product for another one?
In case your product qualify under the defects of the return policy, you may exchange the product for the another product. However, you may need to pay for the difference if the exchanged product is of a higher value.
How soon will I receive my exchange?
Once the returned product reaches us, we can dispatch your new product within 24 hours after verification.
